The light head, electronic ballast, AC & DC are together in one piece - silent lighting when the light is turned on and the steel lighting housing is not hot, together its grip weighing a total of 4.6 lb. The grip is replaceable with small tripod or monopod, as needed. HMI 75W (temperature 5600K). Together with our special designed shoulder power pack VRLA DC12V18Ah become the unique mobile vidoe lighting kit, like to use camercoder mobile action, the battery power will run a minimum of 90 minutes for video lighting with 75W. The battery capacity of our product is 3 times than other brands. There is also available a DC12V cable with car cigarette plug to connect with your car when traveling for different shooting situations. There is also an optional shoulder power pack NiMH 12V13Ah available for this system.

We use a Halide Metal Iodide light tube (also called “HMI”). The tube surface temperature reaches over 300℃ (332℉) when the light is turned on.

The other video lighting manufacturers produce mobile video lighting have only a 125W & 200W. With such high wattage, their lighting housing is designed with a split construction for the lamp-head & the ballast to fit their specifications of being more than 50W. Our video lighting technology has overcome such barriers.

We guarantee our customized Germany made lamp life for 2000hrs for the HMI 75W mobile video lighting. So the Kenwell Inverter lights maintenance cost is much lower than other video lighting brands.
